We are looking for a talented product management professional to join our company's management team in the newly created role of Head of Product Management. As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Omni-Channel SaaS technology products in existing verticals as well as new target such as financial services and retail. To do this, you need to be experienced in conducting market analysis, using client insights, and understanding industry and technology trends to develop products and solutions that are valued by our clients. Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills are essential as you work closely with Marketing, sales leaders, and senior executives internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of POS and Retail operations, and a strong ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies.


Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree. Advanced degree and/or MBA desirable
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products as part of platform.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the product development process from ideation to successful product launches.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product metrics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.

- Industry knowledge of at least one emerging vertical (financial services, POS, Retail.)

About the Team

About the Team

A robust Performance and Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance and Incentives (P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentives, job family and job level management and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, deeply diving into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.


What You Will Do

- Partner closely with stakeholders such as HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders, providing guidance on programs and advice on how best to win in a market to attract, retain, and engage the talents
- Manage the compensation total package design for business lines such as Lark to align with business strategy and ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Manage the annual Performance/Job Level/Compensation review projects for business lines supported
- Based on a deep understanding of the core logic behind global businesses, lead theoretical research and analysis on incentive effectiveness to support the incentive strategy for the business in AMS region
- Influence the decisions of business and HR leaders with C&B and performance management expertise.


Requirement

- Advantageous to have 5 years of experience in HR C&B function
- Able to communicate effectively with employees, the HR team, and business leaders, and be comfortable presenting programs and plans and influencing decisions at a high level
- Strong logical thinking and outstanding analytical capabilities
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, self-driven and with attention to detail

Team Introduction

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities

- Be part of global SRE oncall rotation and be responsible for Tier-1 online incident response and devops support.
- Be responsible for service levels of mission critical, revenue-generating E-commerce platform as well as all supporting infrastructure and services. This role will focus on service reliability, highly-scalable design, and release management in a cloud-native environment.
- Define service level indicators and data-driven objectives, and develop devops / SRE standards, processes and methodologies, to uphold and improve uptime, latency, and system health of a core global e-commerce production platform.
- Collaborate cross-team with engineering and product to ensure that key stability and maintainability requirements, such as capacity planning and launch reviews, are performed to enable transparent service delivery to customers.
- Design strategies for risk detection and mitigation, disaster recovery & simulation, release management, cost optimisation, engineering quality etc
- Automation geared towards infrastructure-as-code, scalability and service resiliency
- Implement best practices around incident management, post-mortems while being part of on-call rotations.


Requirement

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years experience developing, provisioning or maintaining production-grade large scaled distributed systems
- High level of proficiency in Linux OS internals, networking, microservices, databases, caches etc in cloud-native environments.
- Demonstrable familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Go/Python/Bash/C++ etc)
- Demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of devops and SRE methodologies
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of drive.
