Responsibilities – We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Creative Designer to join our design team. The candidate will work closely with our diverse team of operation managers and designers globally. – Collaborate with the central design team to create, define, and maintain a style guide. – Support AI Business operation visual design, including promotion campaigns and new product feature launch materials, etc. – Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, UX , and engineers to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally – Lead large scale projects from 0-1, managing uncertainty and ambiguity, ensuring we’re shipping meaningful and quality experiences. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. – Understanding of creative, design, and product operation processes. Must have proof of successful cases on operation design projects in the portfolio. – 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role. – In-depth knowledge of middle east culture and design preferences. – Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction – Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing environment – Fluent in English with great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment. Perfer to have a fluent Mandarin since this role will work closely with teams in China. |
