Responsibilities - Own and maintain payment risk performance for an independent scenario or business line - Establish a holistic risk management framework for mitigating the risk of payment fraud, credit losses and financial abuse across consumers, merchants, and affiliates - Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor risk, perform scenario planning and simulation testing - Deep dive into fraud cases through massive data and ad hoc analysis that identify root causes of risk originations Minimum requirements - Master's degree (Ph.D. is a plus) in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science Engineering or a similar Quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in the payment risk industry, with experience in risk management practices, fraud analytics - Strong analytical skillset and experience with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, R, Python, Hive, Spark, and other statistical or data analysis packages) - Experience of team management, equipped with tech lead skillset, people skills, cross function collaboration, large scale project organization |

Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable APIs and infrastructure that support cross-channel customer engagement. - Build modular, reusable systems that integrate AI-driven personalization and automation across different touchpoints. - Develop AI-powered recommendation and diagnostic systems to provide real-time insights to customers. - Optimize real-time data pipelines and ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of customer engagement solutions.
