Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Intern at OCBridge, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal recruiting processes and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to assisting in the full life cycle of recruiting activities. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in HR operations tasks, further expanding your knowledge and skills in human resources management.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.

    • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain job postings.

    • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.

    • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.

    • Participate in interview debrief sessions and provide feedback.

    • Assist in maintaining candidate databases.

    • Support HR operations tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.

    • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

    • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

    • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources management.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

    • Previous internship or relevant experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
