Responsibilities

We’re looking for experienced Technical Lead Managers to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them. You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities.


As a Technical Lead Manager, you will

– Be the principal delivery owner of end-to-end enterprise solutions to accelerate the integration of global key merchants under your portfolio with Global E-Commerce open platform and application ecosystem, including:
– Provide architectural design and consultation for our client to integrate client platforms via open platform APIs and common 1st and 3rd party connector applications (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, etc)
– Support customized one-off integration configuration and development
– Provide one-stop resource for integration-related debugging support and technical inquiries
– Drive the development of horizontal solutions to improve the efficiency and efficacy of future enterprise solutions
– Establish deep collaboration with a broad range of clients to identify and abstract common problems and product requirements
– Establish technical development roadmap for common capabilities
– Aggregate and feedback on product improvement ideas for our internal business domain and open platform teams for further development
– Develop and lead the solutions engineering team to meet business objectives
– Develop and execute recruiting roadmaps
– Provide professional growth planning and mentorship for team members to ensure continuous personal and team development
– Establish key processes, methodologies, standards, and culture for a high-performing team


Qualifications

– 5+ years experience in software engineering, with 5+ years experience in technical solutions architecture
– Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
– Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
– Ability to collaborate across different internal and external functional teams or stakeholder groups
– Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design.
– Strong technical and product sense, able to provide customers with end-to-end technical solutions & architectural designs
– Previous experience leading enterprise solutions team, preferably in the e-commerce industry


Ideal Candidate

– Experienced technical solutions architect with 5+ years of experience developing and delivering e-commerce platform solutions for major merchants and retailers
– Possess extensive industry experience in e-commerce systems integration and enabler application ecosystems, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify etc, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end e-commerce solutions to customers
– Strong technical project management and customer solutions delivery capability
– Strong collaborator and communicator, able to establish deep relationships and build trust with clients and partners
– Able to quickly translate complex business and product problems into architectural/technical requirements and solutions
– Matured and results-oriented team leader with extensive industry experience; able to anticipate, plan and allocate required team resources to meet business objectives effectively
