Key Responsibilities – Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies in the enterprise product landscape. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define and refine product requirements. – Develop and present comprehensive product solution proposals that address market demands and align with the company’s strategic objectives. – Lead the evaluation of existing products and recommend improvements to enhance their fit within the company’s portfolio. – Assess the feasibility of implementing new features or technologies within existing product frameworks. – Design innovative and effective product solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise clients while maximizing usability and performance. – Stay current with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. – Advantageous to have 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect, Product Manager, or similar role in the enterprise software or technology industry, consulting experience preferred. – Strong understanding of enterprise product trends, technologies, and market dynamics. – Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. – Proficiency in architecting scalable and robust enterprise software solutions. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present ideas to stakeholders. – Solid experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. – Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) – Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence decisions and direction. |
