Requirements – Responsible for the promotion and operation of corporate service privacy & security products/functions within the group, understanding the industry practice and situation, improving the promotion and operation strategy, and optimizing the mechanism and methodology for the operation work. – Continuously track clients feedback, gain deep insight into their needs, advance product improvement and operation strategy optimization, and lift operation efficiency. – Exploring cutting-edge and innovative operation methods and combining them with technical tools to implement them. – Set clear milestones, drive implementation and achieve goals through close collaboration with stakeholder teams. – Bachelor degree or above, IT implementation experience is preferred – Familiar with corporate service products (financial system, procurement system, legal system, etc.), more than 3 years of experience in product promotion and operation is preferred – Data-sensitive, with excellent skills in statistics, data analysis, critical thinking and problem solving, able to quickly connect the metrics with the actual business scenarios – Excellence in project management, able to drive the implementation of product, operation rules, tools, systems, etc. by leveraging the power of all stakeholder teams – Excellent English and experience in communicating with global and cross-function teams – Experience in privacy or data security, risk management is preferred. |
