Description

– Collaborate closely with corporate or regional communications teams to develop communication strategies and execute them for Our client Commerce, providing professional guidance and support to ensure accurate and consistent messaging while mitigating risks.
– Gain a deep understanding of the Our client Commerce business to contribute to the development of a comprehensive strategy, focusing on enhancing user well-being, privacy protection, inclusivity, and platform integrity.
– Familiarize yourself with both Chinese and international media landscapes to lead and implement projects on behalf of the Commerce team, in coordination with corporate or regional communications teams.
– Develop a passion for understanding the platform’s user experience and commercial business details to provide accurate suggestions for external communication strategies.
– Oversee issue handling strategies related to commerce business issues and manage them after thorough assessment.
– Act as a key coordinator between corporate or regional communications teams and business teams, bridging the information gap and providing responsive support for communication-related requests.


Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
– Proven understanding of media landscapes and their work mechanisms. Previous experience in communications and PR is preferred, along with a track record of working as a business partner.
– Deep understanding of public opinions and media sentiment regarding commerce.
– Ability to actively contribute to a high-impact team in a collaborative and empathetic manner.
– Excellent strategic, analytical, and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of writing to a high standard.
– Ability to establish trust and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Previous experience in a dynamic and large organization is preferred.
– Efficient multitasking abilities under pressure and ambiguity, with a self-starting and motivated attitude in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and understanding of how e-commerce products work is preferred.
