Monetization Technology teams are building the next-generation monetization platforms to help millions of customers grow their businesses, utilizing our products. Our team develops a wide variety of advertisements for numerous uses including feeds, live streaming, branding, measurement, targeting, search, vertical solutions, creative solutions, and business integrity.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who braves difficulties, shares a passion for tackling complexity, and develops our Ads product from 0 to 1 with a world-class team of passionate engineers.

What You’ll Do:
1. Manage a team of software engineers, provide guidance, regular feedback, education, and mentoring.
2. Responsible for the team project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
3. Define long-term technical roadmaps and contribute to technical decisions on the team.
4. Collaborate with R&D and PM teams globally and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
2. Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design), and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to think critically and formulate solutions in a clear and concise way.
4. 2+ years of experience in managing or technically leading a software engineering team.
5. Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving.
6. Excellent teamwork skills, communication skills, and project management skills.
