Description – Responsible for planning and achieving significant advancements in NLP/Multimodal large language model technology using extensive data. – Conduct research in various areas, including but not limited to, efficient large language model architecture, multimodal learning, self-supervised representation learning, unified cross-task learning, dataset construction, and RLHF. – Strive to lead the industry, establish large language model technology, and drive its implementation in business applications such as multimodal content understanding and generation, virtual digital humans, etc. – Foster a continuous focus on technical topics, provide a collaborative and friendly work environment, and promote a research atmosphere that closely collaborates with the academic community. Requirements – Hold a Master’s degree or above in natural language processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields, with experience in generative large language model projects. – Possess a strong research background in natural language understanding, machine learning, deep learning, and multimodal domains. – Demonstrate excellent research capabilities in large models, with a preference for candidates who have published high-quality papers in top conferences such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, JMLR, etc. – Exhibit outstanding collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with platform, data, and other teams to accomplish systematic work, along with exceptional direction planning and implementation abilities. |
