Description As a Tech Lead Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and nurture a team of 10+ backend and frontend engineers, focusing on building a strong foundation for user growth. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will gain a deep understanding of our users and content system, identifying areas of potential and executing projects to drive user growth. Your expertise will be crucial in developing large-scale software systems that power our client’s user acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing system design and architecture to ensure optimal stability, performance, and reliability of the product. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver high-quality work within the fast-paced environment of rapid product development. Requirements – Possess a BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or a related field. – Demonstrated experience in building services for large-scale consumer-facing applications, with a preference for those experienced in search and social media. – Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, or C++. – Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team setting. – Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a backend/full-stack engineering team. |
