The logistics team plays a crucial role in this mission, handling goods selection, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and more. As a Tech Lead Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the logistics tech team in the US. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from technical design to project delivery and online maintenance. Your expertise in middleware and architecture design will contribute to the development of high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in building the team structure and fostering continuous growth among team members.


Responsibilities

– Build and manage the logistics tech team in the US
– Oversee the software development lifecycle, from design to delivery and maintenance
– Utilize middleware effectively and understand its principles
– Design and implement high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability architectures
– Foster team growth and maintain team morale


Key Results

– Define a long-term technical roadmap and break it down into projects
– Contribute to technical decisions on projects


Requirements

– Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
– 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team
– 5+ years of experience in large-scale system development
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Experience in Ecommerce supply chain and logistics is a plus
– Strong business acumen and data sensitivity are a plus
