As part of the Global E-Commerce business, the supply chain team plays a crucial role in selecting goods, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management. They aim to enhance the customer experience by leveraging warehouse and supply chain technology, empowering merchants to expand their business globally with reliable fulfillment capabilities. Responsibilities 1. Lead the research and development of the international e-commerce supply chain, designing efficient and intelligent solutions for warehousing, inventory, and supplier systems. 2. Develop a scalable system model and business architecture that meets international business needs and industry best practices. 3. Provide effective solutions for technical challenges, such as high concurrency and performance bottlenecks. 4. Ensure system quality and stability, guiding engineers to optimize technical indicators. Requirements 1. BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of industry experience in software development. 2. Proficient coding skills in Java, Golang, or C++, and familiarity with related technology stacks. 3. Knowledge of commonly used middleware, such as message queues, caches, and scheduled tasks, and understanding of middleware principles. 4. Experience in architecture design and implementation, with a focus on high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability architectures. 5. Deep understanding of distributed systems theories, including load balancing, distributed transactions, and CAP/BASE. 6. Proven experience leading the design or reconstruction of medium to large complex systems, preferably in e-commerce and retail domains.
