Global E-commerce is a content-driven business focused on providing users with affordable and high-quality products. The team aims to enhance the consumption experience by offering tailored, active, and efficient solutions. They work closely with merchants in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce, to ensure stable and reliable platform services. Responsibilities – Lead initiatives to integrate the E-commerce marketplace with Sellers and 3rd Party Integrators (3PIs), maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. – Educate Sellers, their development teams, and 3PIs about the benefits of leveraging our client’s integration-focused products and features through detailed technical discussions and design exercises. – Deliver impactful presentations, white papers, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to increase awareness and drive adoption of our client’s E-commerce APIs. – Collaborate with Sellers and 3PIs to gain insights into their usage of our API services and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvements. – Demonstrate versatile skills in collaboration, solution architecture, system analysis, testing, and problem-solving. – Partner with product management and product marketing teams to shape the API product roadmap and develop effective go-to-market strategies. – Gather customer feedback, translate it into clear business and technical requirements, and communicate them to the product and engineering teams. Requirements – 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures. – 5+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics. – Experience working within software development or internet-related industries. |
