Responsibilities:

Support Regional Business Strategy Execution: Develop a deep understanding of the business operations and strategic objectives of the assigned region, and design and drive corresponding HR strategies to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.
Lead the Regional HRBP Team: Provide leadership, coaching, and development for regional HRBPs, specialists, and assistants, ensuring effective execution across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and other HR functions.
Regional Recruitment Oversight: Manage recruitment strategies for both key positions and high-volume roles within the region, monitor hiring progress, optimize sourcing channels, and support rapid business growth while improving hiring quality.
Employee Relations Management: Lead investigations and resolution of complex employee relations cases within the region, including conflict management, employee counseling, and risk mitigation, ensuring legal compliance and organizational stability.
Performance Management Implementation: Drive the execution of regional performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review calibration, and follow-up on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), while supporting business leaders in improving team performance.
Organization Development and Talent Management: Support regional talent reviews, succession planning, and talent pipeline development, providing talent strategies and recommendations for key role succession to meet business needs.
Learning and Development: Identify regional employee development needs, develop training plans, and drive the implementation of leadership development and job-related skills training programs.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building: Drive the implementation of regional culture and engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, cultural programs, and manager communication mechanisms, to strengthen organizational cohesion.
Regional HR Data Analysis: Analyze regional HR metrics such as hiring, turnover, performance, and workforce structure, and deliver actionable HR insights to support business decision-making.
Change Management Support: Act as a regional change agent by supporting organizational restructuring, process optimization, and policy implementation initiatives.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in an HRBP role; experience managing across multiple regions is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development, with the ability to handle complex business and people-related issues.
– Proven people management experience, with the ability to coach, develop team members, and drive project execution.
– Strong business acumen, capable of translating business needs into HR strategies and driving effective implementation.
– Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, with strong risk awareness and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work directly with senior business leaders.
– Strong data analysis capability, able to identify trends from HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
– Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
