We aim to simplify the final mile of delivery while creating a faster, more transparent experience for both shippers and consumers. Responsibilities: – Establish and implement the company’s information security management framework in alignment with compliance and data protection requirements. – Develop and enforce internal data security and privacy policies, processes, and technical/administrative controls in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the U.S., Canada, and other operating regions. – Define and operationalize vulnerability identification, security protection, security monitoring, and incident response mechanisms to ensure the secure operation of software, hardware, endpoints, and related systems. – Integrate security standards, review processes, and vulnerability testing requirements into software development and system iteration cycles to reduce system and data security risks. – Build and lead the company’s information security team. Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. – Minimum 5 years of hands-on information security experience, including security compliance management (including industry-specific standards), security tool operations, and vulnerability/Web application scanning. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks, investigate complex incidents, and develop practical remediation plans; able to translate technical security concepts into non-technical language for effective cross-functional communication. – Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks (such as compliance audits, incident response, and scanning programs) and drive multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment. |
