Key Responsibilities

– Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms, including object detection, tracking, recognition, segmentation, and 3D perception.
– Design and implement efficient and scalable vision algorithms based on project requirements, improving real-time performance and robustness.
– Process and fuse multi-sensor data (RGB, depth, IMU, LiDAR, etc.) in robotics or autonomous driving scenarios.
– Participate in the end-to-end algorithm development cycle, from data collection, modeling, and training to deployment, with continuous model optimization.
– Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and product teams to integrate algorithms into real-world systems.


Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
– Solid foundation in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning; familiar with mainstream models (e.g., CNN, Transformer) and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
– Practical experience in one or more vision tasks such as object detection, segmentation, 3D estimation, SLAM, or depth estimation.
– Strong programming skills in C++/Python, with the ability to write high-performance and well-structured code.
– Familiar with Linux development environments and common toolchains, with strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.


Nice-to-Haves

– Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or related industries, with knowledge of perception systems in real-world applications.
– Experience with multi-modal sensor fusion (RGB + Depth + LiDAR + IMU).
– Publications in top conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, RSS, etc.) or contributions to well-known open-source projects.
– Experience with GPU acceleration, edge deployment, and model optimization (TensorRT, ONNX, CUDA).
