Responsibilities

– Develop strategies and lead overall operations for the Food & Drinks category, driving both content growth and creator expansion.
– Define and showcase good content, and independently plan and execute campaigns based on differentiated content strategies to drive growth among target creator segments.
– Identify and support good creators, nurturing emerging talents through coaching and resource support to scale their influence within the category.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to strengthen both on-platform and external awareness of the category and shape a distinct user perception.


Minimum Qualifications

– 3+ years of experience in content/community operations, media platforms, or related roles. Background in category operations and community building is a strong plus.
– Passion for travel and offline activities. Being an avid traveler or content creator in the space is a bonus.
– Strong user empathy and community insight—able to develop and iterate category strategies based on content research, user interviews, and trend analysis.
– Good content sense with a sharp eye for quality and potential—can recognize promising creators and assess content tone intuitively.
– Open-minded, collaborative, execution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
