In an industry where signal loss is becoming the new norm in online advertising, our Ads Identity and Attribution team tackles the evolving landscape of identity matching (acquiring user identification from signals) and attribution (assigning signals to ad touchpoints). What was once an engineering problem has transformed into a system engineering challenge that is not only heavily dependent on cutting edge technologies for processing large-scale data but also innovative ML algorithms for learning from signal. Key responsibilities You will dedicate yourself to building the foundational infrastructure for processing and learning from large-scale ad signal that empowers critical ad optimization and measurement use cases. Your responsibilities include developing highly reliable and scalable systems for signal ingestion, identity matching, ads attribution, signal utilization etc. and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Minimum requirements – BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering fields with software development experience. – Strong coding skills, especially in Go/C++/Python/SQL, and solid foundation of knowledge in data structures, algorithms and system design – Hands-on experience in developing data intensive systems in advertising, search, or recommendation domain – Business acumen and excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills Preferred requirements – Experience in tech leading complex projects – Hands-on experience in building large-scale ML infrastructure in advertising domain |
