Responsibilities – Lead and grow a team of researchers focused on AI/ML technologies, exploring novel machine learning models and algorithms – Lead research portfolios, identify long-term ambitious research goals as well as intermediate milestones – Increase research visibility by publishing outcomes in academic journals and conferences – Collaborate with open-source communities or academia to advance AI development Qualifications – PhD in Computer Science, ML, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience – 5 years of experience in leading influential projects or papers in one or more of the following fields: speech synthesis or recognition, natural language processing, computer vision, generative models, etc. – Strong first-author publications record in top AI conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, ICASSP) – Strong organizational skills and experience working with large cross-functional and diverse teams – Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills |
