Responsibilities – Design and optimize the governance structure of e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product quality, intellectual property protection, and user behavior norms – Work closely with multiple teams, such as product, technology, and operations, to ensure the effective implementation of governance strategies – Analyze and evaluate the efficiency and safety of existing governance processes and make improvement recommendations – Track the latest changes in e-commerce industry regulations and technological development trends to ensure the foresight and compliance of platform strategies – Develop and maintain technical documents and operating manuals related to governance – Manage and govern the budget and resources related to the project to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Minimum Qualification – Familiar with the laws and regulations, business processes, and technical architecture of the e-commerce industry – Possess good project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery. – Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability – Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit – Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Golang, etc.) – Possess good English reading, writing, and business communication skills Preferred Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, or related fields. – At least 5 years of technical development experience, including at least 3 years of work experience in e-commerce Platform Governance, Risk Management, or related fields. – Participated in large-scale technical restructuring of leading internet companies, with practical experience in DDD in large-scale projects – Experience in successfully designing and implementing large scale e-commerce governance business solutions |
