Proficient in relevant machine learning algorithms. – Proficient in one or more programming languages (R/C++/python/java/matlab), with the ability to independently develop algorithms. – Familiar with tumor NGS methylation sequencing, RNA-seq, and other multi-omics analysis experiences are preferred. – Master’s degree or above in statistics, data science, applied mathematics, computer science, or related fields; Ph.D. preferred. – Two or more years of experience in NGS data analysis (research or work experience) |
