– Establish and manage the governance & experience tech team
– Design and architect solutions while providing technical support to engineers on the team
– Align with product and organizational objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver key results
– Define the long-term technical roadmap for the team
– Contribute to technical decisions on projects across the product lineup
– Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organizational units.
– Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organization.
– Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
– Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and system Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
– At least 2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team
– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in large-scale backend system development is necessary
– Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment is essential
– Capable of effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators across different functions and levels
– Strong experience with E-Commerce is required, and additional governance experience, including Anti-Fraud and Risk Management, would be a plus
– Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills are expected
