Responsibilities Manage all financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial planning & analysis, revenue operations, and process improvements. Lead and modernize financial operations systems, with a focus on efficiency and cross-platform information flow. Manage a team, overseeing subscription billing, deferred revenue, payroll, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations. Conduct financial analysis, develop business performance metrics, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Enhance and integrate financial software tools, optimize financial processes, and improve data quality. Develop internal control policies and procedures, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Oversee regulatory reporting, manage external audits, and assess vendor performance. Implement cash management strategies and manage budgets and forecasts. Work Location The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or at the company’s headquarters in a major U.S. city. Remote employees may be required to travel up to 20%.
