As a Senior SRE, you will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of Ads systems, from system design consulting to deployment, operation, and refinement. Your role will involve building and maintaining the availability of services across multiple data centers globally. Additionally, you will deliver tools and software to enhance the reliability, scalability, and operability of services. Monitoring service health, practicing sustainable incident response, and participating in on-call rotations will also be part of your responsibilities. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. – 5+ years of programming experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Go. – Expertise in Unix/Linux operating systems and IP networking. – Experience in problem-solving, application issues, or production operations. – Proficiency in automating routine tasks. – Effective communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive. Preferred Qualifications – Experience in SRE of Ads/recommendation systems. – Proficiency in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
