As a Tech Lead, Test Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of test infrastructure that supports multiple development and production testing environments. You will also contribute to the creation of novel debugging tools and automated test suites. Additionally, you will research and implement state-of-the-art testing technology, ensuring the conversion of cutting-edge concepts into real products. Establishing and maintaining best practices for security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization will be crucial in this role. You will also participate in code and design reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Requirements – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. – 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in test infrastructure and/or backend system design. – 2+ years of experience as a tech lead or team leader. – Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++. – Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
