As a Tech Lead Manager on our Our client Backend Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in leading our globally distributed engineering team to empower our backend infrastructure and toolchains with high efficiency and a superior development experience. You will be responsible for optimizing our backend development and operations using advanced engineering methodologies and collaborative solutions, establishing our team as the epitome of engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead efforts to enhance the efficiency and standard development experience of our Our client backend infrastructure and toolchains. 2. Drive optimization of our backend development and operations through the implementation of advanced engineering methodologies. 3. Deep dive into Our client business scenarios to identify and address development pain points, providing optimal architecture and solutions that prioritize experience and efficiency.
