As part of our quality assurance engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and intuitiveness of our e-commerce ecosystem. We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join us in driving the future of e-commerce at our client. Responsibilities – Primarily responsible for backend server testing and enhancing quality, including system architecture stability improvement, monitoring construction, load testing, Chaos engineering, and CICD. – Develop robust and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing. – Automate test cases and create reusable scripts/tools to streamline the testing process. – Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks and research and implement process improvements, tools, and frameworks. – Participate in PRD review and architectural design review, gaining a deep understanding of the business logic, system architecture, and inner workings of the product. – Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and international partners to automate acceptance criteria effectively. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from an accredited institution. – 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend server testing within software engineering-related industries, with a strong understanding of system architecture, middleware, databases, and message queues. – Proficiency in scripting/programming languages, preferably Python or Golang. – Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international partners. – Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. – Self-driven with a quick learning ability. – Ability to handle concurrent tasks efficiently and deliver work output promptly. |
