About the Team Our client’s Live Streaming Infrastructure team is a world-leading platform that provides end-to-end solutions for their own platform as well as external partners. As the Tech Lead for the data engineering and data science team, you will have the opportunity to work with massive amounts of data generated by billions of users worldwide. Your expertise in data engineering and science will be crucial in tackling these challenges. Responsibilities 1. Lead the team in designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reliable data pipelines for moving and transforming large and small amounts of data. 2. Lead the data science team in providing data-driven solutions for business partners. 3. Design and build data solutions to drive data-driven initiatives. 4. Drive internal process improvements and automate manual processes for data quality and SLA management. 5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent working experience. 2. Strong programming experience in C, C++, Java, Python, or Go. 3. Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom ETL/data pipelines using platforms like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Flink, Kafka, etc. 4. Proficiency in data analysis to drive business decisions.
