The Machine Learning Data Platform team is devoted to creating a robust and efficient infrastructure that facilitates the collection and processing of data essential for machine learning, spanning tasks such as feature engineering, data generation, and privacy enforcement. We are on the lookout for a visionary Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer to bolster our team’s endeavors, offering pivotal technical leadership to key ventures. Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee initiatives dedicated to the creation and management of scalable ML-driven data infrastructure systems. Technical Mentorship: Offer invaluable technical insights and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and skill enhancement. Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with a myriad of teams, organizations, and both internal and external stakeholders, championing engineering undertakings. Innovation Drive: Pioneering the team’s innovation endeavors, continually integrating cutting-edge ideas and technologies. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or analogous technical arenas. Experience: Over 7 years of practical experience in the development and training of intricate, scalable machine learning systems. A minimum of 2 years in a tech lead capacity. Foundational Knowledge: Profound understanding of computer science principles including algorithms, data structures, and software design, coupled with stellar problem-solving acumen. Technical Proficiency: Robust coding capabilities with a nuanced understanding of algorithms, particularly in causal inference, uplift models, and deep learning. Demonstrable experience in project management. Preferred Qualifications Ads Domain Experience: Prior experience in the advertisements domain would be advantageous. Infrastructure Expertise: Proven experience in constructing large-scale data processing infrastructure. |
