About the Role

We are looking for a product experience partner who plays the key role of scaling business within the entire organization. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out recruiting software that delivers the company’s vision and strategy. You will be the partner of our recruiting teams to identify their pain points and covert their needs into the AI-powered recruiting products that significantly increase hiring efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Work with recruiting team to hire senior talents and learn the domain knowledge and best practice of executive search
  • Analyze the needs and pain-points of recruiters to propose product requirements that are unique or surpass current industry standards
  • Create product requirements for the engineering and data teams to make sure everyone is on the same page
  • Communicate product vision and new features to the recruiting, sales and marketing teams
  • Take charge of testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to assure that the right customer problems are being solved on time
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage behavior data to further improve the product

Required Skills

  • Minimum of one year experience (fulltime or internship) as a Product Manager or UI/UE designer
  • An eye for UI/UX design and being able to communicate with recruiters and developers
  • Exceptional writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • A high degree of business acumen with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, management, STEM or related fields
  • Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies is a plus
  • Be able to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Be self-driven, flexible, resilient and responsive to change
