We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Global Recruitment Consultant Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the end-to-end recruitment process on an international scale. The successful candidate will work closely with our seasoned recruiters, assisting in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients’ global operations.
*This is a 3-month long full-time intern opportunity that requires 4 days on-site at our San Jose office, with a potential return offer to transition into a full-time GRC role based on performance.
*US work authorization is required, but the employer is willing to sponsor candidates in the future.

- Thoroughly source senior candidates for senior/executive positions in the tech industry.
- Evaluate and select the best-fit candidates according to specific clients’ needs using LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, networking, and other AI-powered recruitment tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- An entrepreneurial mindset to work diligently and grow rapidly.
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Passion for the recruiting industry and a natural inclination to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility and resilience, with an initiative to manage conflicts and recover quickly from setbacks.
- Strong accountability, attention to detail, and efficient multitasking abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
